老行尊投身發展商 頭炮斥8億重建長沙灣工廈

具20多年地產經驗,裕繕集團董事霍偉良近年與拍檔成立新公司,進軍發展商之列,頭炮為長沙灣道工廈重建,投資額近8億元。

霍偉良早年曾任地產代理,及後加入第一集團,負責工商項目銷售。2019年他自立門戶,牽頭夥友人成立裕繕集團,投資房地產,首個項目為長沙灣道750號的廣大工廠大廈。該物業為一幢9層高工廈,由數名業主持有,裕繕集團先於兩年前購入其中4層,其後再增持3層單位,最終與持有兩層的業主合作,集合業權並部署重建。

擬建27層 最快明年底售

集團早前向城規會申請重建,興建1座27層高的工廈。根據申請文件顯示,項目的地盤面積約5,554平方呎,項目計劃發展為1座27層高(包括1層地庫停車場)的工廈,以擬建的地積比率14.4倍發展,總樓面涉約7.99萬平方呎,預計2025年落成。
