具20多年地產經驗，裕繕集團董事霍偉良近年與拍檔成立新公司，進軍發展商之列，頭炮為長沙灣道工廈重建，投資額近8億元。
霍偉良早年曾任地產代理，及後加入第一集團，負責工商項目銷售。2019年他自立門戶，牽頭夥友人成立裕繕集團，投資房地產，首個項目為長沙灣道750號的廣大工廠大廈。該物業為一幢9層高工廈，由數名業主持有，裕繕集團先於兩年前購入其中4層，其後再增持3層單位，最終與持有兩層的業主合作，集合業權並部署重建。
集團早前向城規會申請重建，興建1座27層高的工廈。根據申請文件顯示，項目的地盤面積約5,554平方呎，項目計劃發展為1座27層高（包括1層地庫停車場）的工廈，以擬建的地積比率14.4倍發展，總樓面涉約7.99萬平方呎，預計2025年落成。
